Lead Assessments

As a sales owner, one of the most important things you need to do is to stay on top of your sales leads. The more information you have about your leads, the easier it is to determine which leads are most likely to convert into paying customers. Synuma contains a powerful lead management platform that can help you keep track of your sales leads and manage your sales pipeline. One of the features of Synuma that can be especially useful for sales owners is the assessment tool, which allows you to quickly and easily assess the quality of your leads by creating a lead assessment which can then be completed by your leads and easily attached to that record.

For information on how to set up an assessment, check our our Assessment - Basics Support Article here.

However, logging into Synuma every time you want to check the status of your leads can be time-consuming and may distract you from other important tasks. That's why Synuma has introduced a new feature that allows you to receive notification emails with assessment responses without having to log in to the platform. In this support article, we will discuss how sales owners can benefit from this feature and how to configure the settings.

  1. Save Time: One of the most significant benefits of receiving lead assessment emails is that it saves you time. You don't have to log in to Synuma to see the status of your leads. Instead, you can simply open the email and view the assessment response. This is especially useful for sales owners who are always on the go and don't have the time to log in to Synuma frequently.

  2. Stay Informed: Another benefit of receiving lead assessment emails is that it helps you stay informed about the status of your leads assessments. You don't have to rely on memory or notes to keep track of your leads' progress. Instead, you can rely on the assessment responses provided in the email to get a clear picture of where each lead stands in your qualification process.

  3. Make Informed Decisions: By receiving lead assessment emails, you can make informed decisions about which leads to focus on. The assessment responses can give you a clear indication of which leads are most likely to convert into franchisees, allowing you to prioritize your efforts accordingly. This can help you save time and increase your chances of closing more deals.

  4. Better Collaboration: The lead assessment emails can be shared with your team members, which can lead to better collaboration. By sharing the assessment responses with your team, everyone can stay on the same page about the status of each lead and work together to move them through the sales pipeline.

To make these configuration changes to allow Assessments from the Lead area to go directly to your Sales Owners, you may need to contact your System Administrator, depending on your security permissions.

Those with access can navigate to the assessment they wish to configure by clicking Assessments>Assessments within Synuma, then selecting the name of the assessment they wish to edit.

The two new features we added are located in the 'Notifications' area of the Assessment page: 'Notify Sales Owner' and 'Notification Content'.

'Notify Sales Owner' determines whether or not the lead's assigned sales owner (if one has been assigned) will receive a notification via email when the lead submits their assessment.

'Notification Content' determines what is displayed in that email. The options are either 'Link', where the notification contains a link to view the assessment content within Synuma, and 'Content', where the email itself will contain the assessment response.
