Unit Task Report

The Unit Tasks Report provides visibility into timeline tasks assigned across your portfolio. The report can be viewed by User or by Role, which can be toggled in the top right corner.

This report tracks the status of all tasks, including:

• Not Started

• Started

• Frozen

• Completed

• N/A

• Early

• Late

Searching & Filtering

You can quickly locate relevant information using the available search and filter tools. The report supports:

• Search by Task Name or Site Name

• Filter by Concept or Site Status

The full report can be exported to Excel, preserving your selected view for further analysis or sharing.

Viewing Assigned Tasks

Clicking on a specific User or Role displays a list of all assigned tasks and their associated information. From this view, you can filter by Task Status, or export the filtered list to Excel. This allows you to drill into task-level details while maintaining the flexibility to analyze workload and performance across individuals or functional roles.

The Unit Tasks Report helps teams monitor accountability, workload distribution, and task progress across sites. By centralizing task visibility and offering exportable insights, NEXT makes it easier to identify bottlenecks, manage deadlines, and keep development moving forward.
