In SiteZeus, connecting Seeds (your most unqualified real estate opportunities) to Leads (incoming franchisees in your sales pipeline) is a crucial step towards successful business growth. By effectively tying these two together, you can streamline your operations, maximize your franchise network's potential, and optimize your real estate investments. In this support article, we will provide you with a step-by-step guide on how to connect seeds and leads in SiteZeus.
We'll start by navigating to the 'Seeds' grid using the navigation bar on the left. Click the '+New' in the top right corner of that page to create a new Seed.
In the popup window that appears, type the 'Seed Name' and assign a Concept, though this step is not required.
Next, you'll have the option to associate your new Seed with either a pre-created 'Company, 'Contact', or 'Lead'. The boxes are type-ahead and will populate with a dropdown of options:
Enter any of the optional information available on steps two and three of this popup before clicking either of the green buttons to 'Create & View' or 'Create Seed':
This information is then available to view on the 'Seeds' tab of the assigned individuals Lead Card, giving you the ability to track that associated real estate as the lead moves through the Sales Pipeline:
