Site Grid

The Site Grid provides a consolidated view of all sites across every stage of the pipeline — Seeds, Opportunities, Projects, and Locations. This page allows you to quickly review site information, customize the data you see, and take action directly from the grid.

The grid columns can be tailored to your workflow using both system fields and custom site data, giving you full control over the details that matter most. You can search sites by name or company, and apply concept filters to narrow your results. New sites can also be added at any time using the plus (+) icon in the top corner of the grid. When creating a new site from the grid, the required fields depend on the site type you are adding:

• Seed: Name
• Opportunity: Name, Concept, Company
• Project: Name, Concept, Company
• Location: Name, Concept, Company, Open Date

Sorting and Filtering the Grid

You can sort the grid by selecting any column header. Additional filters allow you to refine the list based on:

• Concept
• Company
• Site type (Seed, Opportunity, Project, Location)
• Status (Active, Dead, On Hold, For Sale)
• Timeline type (Development, Renovation, ReOpen)

These tools make it easy to navigate large portfolios and quickly find the sites you need.

Configuring the Grid

The grid can be configured with system data and custom data associated with Sites. The system data can be selected on the left side and custom data can be searched on the right side. Once you've selected the desired fields, you can reorder the columns to your liking by dragging and dropping the names at the top.

The Site Grid gives teams a clear, customizable view of their entire real estate pipeline in one place. With flexible filtering, sortable columns, and quick access to key site details, the grid makes it easy to stay organized and aligned as sites move from early concepts to fully open locations.
