Site Costs
This widget helps track and manage development expenses for a site by organizing budgeted, bid, and actual costs in one centralized view.
For each cost item, the platform automatically calculates and displays an average of actual costs across all sites, giving teams quick insight into overall spending expectations. The average development cost can also be found in the Average Development Cost Report on the reports page. This shows average cost of each development item broken down by category or concept.
Costs can be added and updated by clicking directly into the appropriate field. The widget supports efficient keyboard navigation, allowing you to Tab through fields and use Enter to save or cancel changes, making cost updates fast and streamlined.

By keeping all cost data visible and easy to update, the Site Costs widget helps maintain financial clarity throughout development. Real-time cost tracking supports better budgeting decisions, reduces manual tracking outside the platform, and gives teams confidence that financial information is accurate and up to date.
