Site Basic Details and Custom Data

This widget displays core information about a site alongside any custom fields configured for that site type and provides a quick, centralized way to view and maintain the most important data tied to each site.

The data is split between the Basic Details and the Custom Data tabs. The Basic Details section contains information that is standard to the franchise industry, where Custom Data can be tailored with Custom Fields specific to your business. Editing:

• Basic site details can be edited using the three-dot menu in the top-left corner of the widget. Updates made in the edit pop-up are saved automatically.
• Custom data fields can be edited directly by clicking into the desired field. While editing, you can choose to save your changes, reset the field to its previous value, or delete the data entirely.

By keeping essential site information in one easily editable location, this widget helps maintain accurate, up-to-date information across the pipeline. It reduces friction when updating records, supports customization for different workflows, and ensures teams always have quick access to the data that drives decisions.
