In this month's release, we've focused on enhancing reporting, empowering user experience, and seamless navigation to ensure that your daily tasks become smoother and more enjoyable. Enhanced Email Delivery

Say goodbye to the frustration of your important emails being mistakenly flagged as spam. Our enhanced email delivery system now ensures that your messages reach their intended recipients' inboxes without any hiccups. You can trust that your emails will be delivered promptly and reliably, so you can stay connected with confidence. This enhancement has been automatically applied across clients.

System Responds Quickly After Being Idle

Thanks to our latest improvements, SiteZeus now responds swiftly even after a period of inactivity. Whether you're just starting your workday or returning to the system after a break, you'll notice a snappier, more responsive experience.

Memos for Companies

You can now add memos directly to a 'Company,' complementing the existing capabilities for units and leads. This expanded feature allows you to keep important notes, updates, and reminders at your fingertips for your company records. 

Streamlined Custom Field Access

This upgrade empowers you to efficiently manage both unit-specific and company-assigned custom fields seamlessly. All the information you need can be found within the 'custom data' tab, ensuring a more intuitive and productive experience. Whether you're updating unit details or making changes to the associated company, you'll find it's easier than ever to maintain data accuracy and consistency, all from a single location.

Flexible Timeline Replacement

This powerful tool empowers you to adapt your project's timeline to your changing needs on the fly, all while maintaining accurate progress tracking. One standout feature of this enhancement is the automatic mapping of "Actual Dates" for any task(s) marked as 'Done.' This means that any completed tasks or milestones within your existing timeline can effortlessly transition to your newly created timeline. It's worth noting that any data associated with tasks not included in the newly assigned timeline will not be mapped or saved. As of this release, previously assigned timelines are not archived. Phone Numbers Added at Location Creation

Say goodbye to the limitations of adding contact details post-creation! You can now include a phone number and email address right from the start when creating a new location.

Column and Filter for Company Status

This enhancement empowers you with a more organized and efficient way to manage and categorize your company records based on their current status. Whether you're looking to quickly identify active, inactive, or any other specific status, the new column and filter for 'Company' status simplifies your navigation and helps you make informed decisions with ease.

Add a Renovation or Re-Open from Projects Page

You can now add a 'Renovation' or 'ReOpen' project type directly from the Project Grid, eliminating the need to navigate within a location. 

Know Who Makes up the Count of Assessment Responses
SiteZeus now offers a more transparent view of assessment responses. You can not only see the responses but also who provided them, their associated email addresses, and, where relevant, the entity connected to the response. .

Introducing Dark Mode:

Customizing your SiteZeus experience just got easier with the ability to adjust your header colors and enable dark mode. 

Streamlined Assessment-Related Document Access for Leads

Now, documents attached to lead assessments will be readily available in the 'Documents' tab on the lead card itself. Say goodbye to the need to navigate within assessments to access photos and documents. This enhancement ensures that you have swift and direct access to all the essential documents and images associated with a lead assessment. It's a time-saving change that enhances your workflow, making it easier than ever to find and manage the information you need.

Introducing Custom 'Project Period Year' Settings

We're constantly striving to improve your user experience and meet your specific needs. We understand that not every business follows the traditional calendar year, and that's why we're excited to introduce a powerful new feature – the 'Project Period Year' setting. This feature allows you to set custom reporting dates for your internal 'year,' which may not align with the standard calendar year. 

See Milestone Status on Projects

Now, you can easily track the status of each milestone, providing a comprehensive overview of your project's progress.

This feature is especially beneficial when your timeline is in a collapsed view, allowing you to quickly assess the milestones at a glance. Here's how it works:

  • When all tasks within a milestone are marked as complete, the milestone status will read 'Done,' giving you the confidence that this phase is successfully accomplished.

  • If any tasks within a milestone are marked as 'In Progress,' the milestone status will reflect 'In Progress,' providing a clear signal that work is underway.

  • In cases where no tasks in the milestone are marked as 'In Progress,' the status will be 'Not Started,' making it easy to identify areas that require attention.

Enhanced Reporting

We're excited to unveil a suite of enhancements that take your reporting to a whole new level:

  • Unit Comments in 'Projects by Quarter' Report: Your reporting becomes richer and more informative with the ability to view unit comments in the 'Projects by Quarter' report. It's important to note that unit comments are distinct from unit memos and can be added from the Basic Details tab. What's more, these comments will also be available for reference when you export the report to Excel by simply hovering over a cell. Get ready for more context and insights in your project reporting.

  • Timeline Filtering in 'Projects by Quarter' Report: Gain greater control over your 'Projects by Quarter' report with the added ability to filter by timeline. You can now easily sort and focus on specific timelines, and the timeline details will be conveniently accessible in the Excel export when hovering over a cell. It's all about customizing your reporting experience.

  • Renovation and Re-Open Timelines on 'Construction Duration Report': The 'Construction Duration Report' now provides visibility into Renovation and Re-open type timelines. Stay well-informed about the duration of these specialized projects and manage them with precision.

  • Enhanced 'Development Schedule Report' with Site Filtering: The 'Development Schedule Report' gets a significant boost with the option to view Sites. You can now toggle between Sites, Projects, or both, giving you a versatile way to organize and display your development schedules.
