[Dashboard](https://help.sitezeus.com/dashboard?hsLang=en) # ZeusHub: My Tasks & Personal Tasks The **ZeusHub** provides a centralized place for users to manage tasks and stay on top of work that requires action—whether those tasks are tied to site timelines or are personal reminders. All users have access to the ZeusHub, even if they do **not** have access to Sites. This ensures that external users such as vendors, contractors, and franchisees can still update assigned tasks even if they are not granted permissions to view site-level data. ### **My Tasks Tab** The **My Tasks** tab displays all timeline tasks assigned to you, either as a Contact or a Team Member.  This tab can be used by multiple user types, such as internal team members, or even external vendors, contractors or Franchisees who are responsible for completing tasks but may not be given access to the full site or timeline. ![](https://help.sitezeus.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jan-20-2026-09-32-58-7808-PM.png?width=670&height=348&name=image-png-Jan-20-2026-09-32-58-7808-PM.png) --- ### **Searching and Filtering Tasks** The My Tasks tab includes several tools to help you quickly find what you need. You can: - Search by **Task Name** or **Site Name** - Filter by **Task Due Date** - Filter by **Team Member Role** (where applicable) - Filter by **Concept** - Filter by **Site Type** - Optionally **include completed tasks** Filters can be combined to narrow the list to only the most relevant tasks. --- ### **Updating Tasks** From the My Tasks tab, users can update task information directly. Available updates include: - Task **Status** - **Estimated Completion Date** - **Actual Completion Date** - **Duration** - Task comments (where applicable) Any updates made in the ZeusHub: - Are immediately reflected on the **task itself** - Automatically update the **associated timeline** This ensures timeline data stays accurate without requiring navigation to the site. --- ### **Personal Tasks Tab** The **Personal Tasks** tab is designed for user-created tasks that are **not associated with a site or timeline**. Click **New Personal Task** 2.
