Memos

This widget displays all memos associated with a site, providing a centralized place to capture important context, conversations, and updates.

New memos can be created using the plus (+) icon at the top of the widget. Each memo can be assigned a source—such as Note, Phone, or Email—and a category. The category list is dynamic and reflects all categories previously used. If the desired category does not yet exist, it can be created directly from the selection list.

The memo grid can be customized using the gear icon at the top of the widget. From there, you can rearrange the order of the columns or toggle a certain column on or off. From the same menu as the gear, you will also have the option to export the current grid or refresh the grid.

The search bar queries all fields except for created date. Columns can be sorted to help organize results, with the exception of the memo content field.

The Memos widget helps clients capture relevant information directly within each site, ensuring important details aren’t lost in emails or separate note-taking tools. By organizing communication and updates in one searchable, customizable view, teams gain better visibility, continuity, and context throughout the site’s lifecycle.
