Navigating to the 'Correspondence' Tab: In SiteZeus, the 'Correspondence' tab is a dedicated space to track all emails sent to the Email ID associated with a specific unit. To access it, navigate to the relevant unit's project and click on the 'Correspondence' tab.
2. Email Logging and Attachment Handling:

Logging Emails: The 'Correspondence' tab automatically logs any emails sent to the unique Email ID assigned to that unit. This unique Email ID is entered on the 'Basic Details' tab:

Automatic Attachment Organization: Emails sent or forwarded to this unique Email ID will not only log the content in the body of the email but will also include any attachments. These attachments are automatically organized and can be found in the document repository for that specific unit.
3. Using Bracketed Identifiers for Custom Filing:

Customizing File Organization: For even more specific and organized filing, you can include bracketed identifiers in the email subject, such as [Photos/Real Estate]. When an email contains such identifiers, attachments are placed in corresponding folders, ensuring that documents are efficiently organized. For example, photos sent in this fashion will land in the Photo Carousel for the unit, making it easy to locate and access visual materials.
