We are excited to share our latest updates focused on performance boosts and usability improvements. Take a look below to see what’s new and what’s improved!
NEW - We've enhanced the Contact grid in SiteZeus NEXT with the following features:
- Search by Name, Email, and Title
- Sort by Name, Title, Email, City, Country, or State by clicking on the column header
- Pagination - select items per page and navigate between pages
- Column customization with System Data and/or
Custom Data - Export current configuration to Excel
- Create new contact from the grid
- Contact pinning
- Hover pop-ups for Units and Companies
- Popout windows (up to 3) of Contacts, Companies, and/or Units
Select Start Year on Development Agreement Pipeline Report: Within the Development Agreement Pipeline Report, you can now select the years displayed by going to Settings. You can select the Start Year for the Report and it will automatically report for nine years from the start year. By selecting a custom start year, users can align the report with their strategic planning periods or franchise agreement timelines, ensuring the data reflects the most meaningful range for their analysis.
Removed Background from Assessments: The beehive background on all assessments has been replaced with a gray background. This update improves readability and professionalism by replacing the distracting beehive background with a clean gray design. It ensures users can focus more easily on assessment content without visual clutter, as well as allow for a more customized branded experience.
Create New Contact from the Company Record: You can now create a new contact form the company record by clicking the plus icon under Contacts, then clicking on Create New. Once you click save, the new contact will populate on the company record and the contact grid. This improvement restores the ability to quickly create a new contact directly from the company record without needing to leave the page or navigate to the NEXT platform. It streamlines the workflow, saving users time and keeping them focused within the context of the company they’re managing.
