[Release Notes](https://help.sitezeus.com/release-notes?hsLang=en) # August 2026 Release Notes ## The August 2026 release adds timeline-level custom fields and memos, partial-period sales entry, and user management in NEXT. It also adds new filters and search across several reports, boards, and ZeusHub. **Timeline Custom Fields** You can now create custom fields for Development, Renovation, and ReOpen timelines. Each timeline shows its own custom fields, so you can track data that changes between a site's build phases. Users with edit custom field permissions can create, edit, and delete these fields. Existing site-level custom fields and their data are not affected. These custom fields can also be added as columns in the Development Report - you can filter and sort by them, so you can compare data across a site's timelines in one view. You can keep notes, decisions, and updates with the build phase they belong to. Each memo appears only on its own timeline, and your existing memo permissions apply. Authorized users can create, update, deactivate, and delete users and assign roles, and access follows those roles. For clients who also use Classic for the Sell and Assessment modules, user changes sync back to Classic. Legacy Roles aka Classic Roles are still managed in the Classic environment; all other changes, including password resets, are made in NEXT. It also brings partial-period sales entry with invoice tagging and full Build user management in NEXT.
