Creating Custom Development Report View
1. Click Reports
2. Click View Reports under Development Report
3. Click New View in the top left corner of the report.
4a. To copy and edit a pre-existing view select an Existing View from the available
option in the dropdown menu; then click Copy.
4b. To create an entirely new view click Create New without making a selection in
the dropdown.
5. Type the Name of the report; this is the only required field, however, keep in mind
that if no other options are selected on this page, no data will be pulled in and you
will have a blank report.
· Filter for Concept as needed by making a selection in the dropdown.
· Filter for Corp vs Franchise as needed by making a selection in the dropdown.
· Selection in the View Access field determines whether your newly created view
is public, meaning it can be accessed by all users with access to reports, or if
the view is private, meaning it can only be accessed by it’s creator.
· Select a Timeline as needed by making a selection in the dropdown.
· Toggle switches and/or check-off boxes in the fields below to pull in various
types of data.
6. Click the Columns tab to add columns to your report.
7. Click and drag data points from the left column to the right to include them in the
report.
8. Click and drag data points in the right column to rearrange their order on the
report.
9. Click the red X to remove a data point from the right column.
10. Click the Filter Units tab to identify if the report should filter for specifically assigned team members or system role.
· Make selections in the dropdowns to add Team Members and/or System Roles.
· Check the boxes to remove the selections.
11. Click Create at the bottom of the window once you’ve finished making your
selections.
12. You will be automatically redirected to your report. Click the Filter icon to change
your filters as needed.
