Create & Edit Contacts

Adding New Contacts

  • ➕New Contact Window: Click the ‘+’ icon to the left of the search bar to open a new contact form, which will appear at the bottom of your screen. You can have up to three of these pop-up windows open simultaneously for efficient data entry.

     Viewing and Managing Contact Details

    • 📃Details Slide-Out: Click a contact row to reveal details in a slide-out panel on the right, which can be detached into a pop-up window by clicking the box-with-arrow icon.

    • 📝Edit and Delete: Use the pencil icon to edit standard details and the trash can icon to delete contacts (with confirmation).

    • 🧩Custom Data: For custom data, select the Custom Data tab. This tab also has a search bar to filter sections, fields, or groups. Click the pencil icon to edit all fields, or search and update specific sections as needed. Custom fields that are required will turn red if not completed before saving.
