Grid Configuration
The grid can be tailored to your workflow using both System Data fields and any contact associated Custom Data fields. You can rearrange columns, toggle them on or off, and export exactly what is displayed—making it easy to share filtered or structured contact data as needed.

Contact Card
Clicking on a Contact opens the Contact Card, where you can view and manage all details related to that individual. This includes standard contact information, associated Companies and Sites, and any configured Custom Data fields.
Hovering over a linked Company or Site displays a quick-view pop-up with additional details. By pressing the Shift key, you can open that record in a pop-out window. This allows you to navigate, review, and edit related information without leaving the Contact page, making cross-record updates faster and more efficient.

The Contacts page provides a structured, searchable way to manage the people connected to your sites and agreements. With flexible filtering, customizable columns, and quick relationship visibility, NEXT helps ensure that contact information stays organized, accessible, and actionable across your entire portfolio.
