Batch Edit on Lead List

Managing leads just got easier in SiteZeus! Now you can bulk edit leads from the Leads List, saving time and keeping data up to date. This article will guide you through the batch editing process.

1. Selecting and Filtering Leads for Batch Editing:

  • Checkboxes for Selection: To initiate batch edits, navigate to the Leads List. Here, you can select two or more leads by checking the boxes on the left of the grid.

  • Filtering Leads: If you need to refine your selection further, apply filters to display the leads that meet your criteria.

  • 'Select All' Option: At the very top of the Leads List, you can choose the 'Select All' option. This will not only display the number of leads selected on the current page but also give you the option to select 'all leads that meet criteria.'

2. Batch Editing Leads in SiteZeus:

  • Accessing the Batch Edit Feature: Once you've selected the leads you want to edit, click on 'Actions' at the top of the grid. From the dropdown menu, select 'Batch Edit.' This action will open a new popup window.

  • Choosing Fields to Mass Edit: In the popup window, you can select which fields you wish to mass edit. You have the flexibility to edit various lead attributes, including Concept, Sales Owner, Status, Campaign Assignment, Source, Lifestyle Status, Contact Status, and Region. Simply make your selections based on your needs.

  • Applying Changes: After selecting the fields you want to edit, click the green 'Batch Update' button. Your changes will be immediately reflected not only on the Leads List but also within each lead on their individual lead cards.
