SiteZeus’s lead management system lets you add co-applicants, making joint applications and sending the Franchise Disclosure Document easier. This article shows you how.
Start by navigating to the Lead Card of the individual to whom you would like to add a co-applicant. This can be done either through the Leads List or by utilizing the global search.
Once on the Lead Card, you'll see the 'All Applicants' box in the top right corner, indicating the percentages of ownership. Click the pencil icon to add a Co-Applicant:
In the pop-up window that appears, click the '+ Add Co-Applicant' button in the top right corner:
On the new line that appears, enter the First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Relationship and Ownership Percentage for this Co-Applicant. Click the 'Save Changes' button to keep this line.
Back on the Lead Card, we can now see our new Co-Applicant listed here, along with their ownership percentage. We can also see that the ownership percentage for the primary lead has been adjusted automatically, based on what we put in for the co-applicant.
Tracking co-applicants on leads is not helpful for general tracking, but can also be helpful when sending the FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document). Now, when navigate to Actions>Send FDD in the top corner of the Lead Card, we'll see the co-applicant listed as an recipient as well. You can choose to send the FDD to all parties at once, or each member individually.
